Gurbanji is a Bangalore based handcrafting studio & we include various crafting techniques like embroidery, applique & quilting on most of our products. Gurbanji is headed by Divya Prasanna, an Architect, with a strong design sense & interest in making trendy new age products which include traditional handcrafted methods. All our products are 100% hand crafted. Hand embroidery & handmade to suit your unique individuality
All our products are hand crafted hence all products shall be dispatched within 5-7 working days after placing an order for the product(s).

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to the services, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of Karnataka, India, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Bangalore, India
Returns & Refund:
In an unlikely case of damage to the product during shipping - please intimate us at the earliest upon receiving the damaged product.
We shall provide a full refund. In any other circumstances we accept returns with in 8 days after the product is delivered to you.
Return cost has to be borne by the customer. Once the returned product is received at our address without any damage- a shop credit shall be credited to the customer account which can be redeemed for another product within 6 months of issue of credit.
